Late night project for Production and Design class. We’re assigned to design Oedipus Rex. I’ve taken the colors from Greek pottery (that bright golden-orange shade) and used it to translate the piece into a more Middle Eastern/Indian setting. With the related color schemes, I think it will work. The pictures I used for inspiration make me happy, because they look so cool.

Middle Eastern and Indian imagery are really underused in Western theatre. I’m working to change that.
